How to order
Submit an enquiry
Enquiries are made via WhatsApp or Instagram DM. Please include your event date, occasion, inspiration photos, serving size, preferred flavours and fillings, any allergy or dietary requirements, and any additional design details.
Receive your quote
Once your enquiry is reviewed, you’ll receive a rough quotation based on the design, size and requirements of your cake.
Secure your booking
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Final payment & collection
The remaining balance must be paid before collection. Payment details and the collection address will be provided once your booking is confirmed.

Collection & Delivery
Wedding cakes can be delivered and set up at your venue. Delivery and setup costs will be quoted separately based on location.
Important information
Availability is limited and dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Early enquiries are recommended, especially for weddings and larger celebration cakes. Please inform me of any allergies when making your enquiry - cakes are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens.

How much notice do I need to give?
For bespoke cakes, enquire as early as possible. More notice gives more time for design planning and availability.
Do you offer delivery?
Wedding cakes can be delivered and set up at your venue. Delivery and setup costs will be quoted separately based on your location.
Do you cater for allergies?
Please inform me of any allergies when making your enquiry. While every effort is made to accommodate dietary requirements, cakes are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens.
Can I send inspiration photos?
Yes. Inspiration photos help with the design direction, but the final cake will be created in Simply Sweet By Asifa’s own style.
